General Operating Support Sending your money where it is most needed
Advocacy for Museums Your direct contribution to AAM Advocacy will help with our ongoing government relations efforts. These include working with Congress and federal agencies, conducting advocacy training sessions for the field—both online and at regional and state association meetings—maintaining AAM’s advocacy alert systems and the ability to look up your legislator on our website.

Together, we have built a real movement. Let’s continue to invest in these important efforts to help the entire museum field.
Leadership Development Help AAM provide, nurture, and sustain leadership at every level to strengthen the museum field.

This includes: Diversity Fellowships, Professional Education, International Programs, Emerging Museum Professionals
Knowledge & Resources Help AAM provide the intellectual resources and services to support excellence in museums and to advance the field.

This includes: Accreditation, Museum Assessment Program (MAP), Peer Review, Information Center, and Publications
Professional Standards Endowment Your contribution will add to the endowment to help support programs associated with the promotion of high standards of museum operations
